Workshop Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
Your place in the workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are strictly limited and bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another participant.
Weather & Schedule Changes
Wildlife photography is highly dependent on weather conditions and animal activity. The workshop schedule, meeting times, or locations may be adjusted if necessary to provide the best possible experience.
If the workshop must be cancelled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife photography is naturally unpredictable and sightings cannot be guaranteed. While every effort will be made to locate and photograph wildlife during the workshop, animal behaviour and activity are outside the control of the workshop host. Refunds will not be issued if wildlife sightings are limited or do not occur.
Wildlife Ethics & Environmental Responsibility
This workshop follows ethical wildlife photography practices. Participants must respect wildlife and the natural environment at all times. All participants are expected to follow instructions given during the workshop and avoid behaviour that could disturb animals or damage habitats.
Participant Safety & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during the workshop. Outdoor photography may involve uneven terrain, low light conditions, and changing weather. By attending, participants acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.
Equipment Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own photography equipment and personal belongings. The workshop host cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of equipment during the workshop.
Travel & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and transport unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
Late Arrival
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting location at the agreed time. Wildlife activity is often time-sensitive and the workshop may begin as scheduled without waiting for late arrivals.
Photography & Promotional Use
Participants retain full rights to the photographs they capture during the workshop. The workshop host may occasionally take behind-the-scenes photographs during the workshop which may be used for promotional purposes, unless a participant requests otherwise.
Group Size
To provide a high-quality learning experience and minimise disturbance to wildlife, workshops are limited to a maximum of three (3) participants.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a place in this workshop, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
