Hello! I’m Monica!

I am originally from Melbourne but now based in Hobart, Tasmania. I have always loved photography and while I was working as a wildlife keeper, I spent years developing my wildlife photography with the birds and animals I worked with.
I like to practice a ‘fly on the wall’ approach to my work, as I put animal welfare above all else when I am working in the field.
My mission is to showcase the incredible diversity of Australia’s wildlife while helping build a stronger appreciation for the animals and ecosystems that make it unique.

One day, I hope to travel the country (and maybe the world) showcasing all the beautiful wildlife this planet has and to shine a light on threatened and endangered species, in the hope that I can build connection between people and the wildlife we share our home with.
